So I was watching this show about California's Pacific Coast Highway and I was thinking that a lot of those scenes looked very familiar, considering that I have never been to California.
Then it hit me: Most of those scenes look a lot like scenes from Grand Thef Auto: San Andreas!

What is it with RTS games that make them so addictive?
For instance, take my addiction to Total Annihilation (and its "parents" Warcraft and Command & Conquer) and Warfare Incorporated. I can literally spend whole hours just playing a single skirmish map without being aware of life going on around me!
Whether its the simple point-n-click interface, or the hilarious destruction, the games just keep me hooked even through the wait periods of building units and weapons.
It's probably a good thing that I haven't gotten around to playing World of Warcraft, considering its addictive issues.
